We’re delighted to welcome you—or welcome you back—to the Cozy Lake community! Our beautiful lake spans approximately 27 acres, reaching a depth of about 26 feet at its center.. Whether you love swimming, fishing, or boating, our well-maintained beach and convenient boat launches at The Point and Grove Road provide the perfect setting for relaxation and recreation.

We also hold biannual meetings in April and October, where members can voice their ideas and stay informed.

How to Join (or Rejoin!)

Becoming a CozyLakers, Inc. member isn’t just about lake access—it’s about protecting and enhancing our community. For just $350 per year, your membership directly contributes to maintaining and improving Cozy Lake.

🏡 Deeded residents gain full voting rights in our organization.
🤝 Sponsored memberships allow non-residents to join through a deeded member.
🏠 Tenant memberships ensure renters can also enjoy the lake’s amenities.

On behalf of the Cozy Lakers, Inc., we kindly request your assistance in sharing important information with prospective homebuyers moving into the Cozy Lake community in Oak Ridge, NJ.

Cozy Lake is a private lake community with a rich history and a strong sense of camaraderie. Our association manages and maintains the lake, common areas, and organizes various events and activities throughout the year. Membership offers residents access to recreational amenities, including swimming, fishing, and boating, as well as the opportunity to participate in community events that bring neighbors together.

To help new homeowners transition smoothly into our community, we appreciate it if you could provide them with our contact information and a brief introduction to the Association. While membership is optional at this time, this will allow them to learn about membership details, community guidelines, and the many benefits of becoming active members of CozyLakers.
